House Needs Love is operated by Elite Property Solutions LLC, doing business as House Needs Love.

These terms explain the use of House Needs Love’s website, inquiry forms, scheduling tools and messaging services. The site is for adults aged 18 and older. Contact JP at [email protected] with questions.

Starting a conversation

Submitting a form or booking a call requests a conversation with our team. It does not obligate you to sell, buy, lend, invest or accept any offer. Property purchases and other transactions require separate written agreements. Availability, pricing, costs, conditions and closing dates are specific to each transaction.

Information on this website

Website content is general information and is not legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Consult your own qualified advisers about your circumstances. Private lending and property investor pages are invitations to discuss interests, not a promise of returns, guaranteed financing or an offer to sell a security. Project examples do not guarantee future results.

Booking and the AI assistant

Our automated scheduling assistant, when available, has one purpose: helping arrange a 30-minute phone call with JP. It may ask for your name, email, callback number and time zone. A call is booked only after a confirmation. Check the date, time and time zone in that confirmation. You can request human assistance at any time. The assistant cannot commit House Needs Love to purchase terms or make lending or investment decisions.

Changing an appointment

Use the reschedule or cancellation link in your appointment message, or contact our team if you need help. Availability may change. An appointment update does not alter any separately signed transaction agreement.

Text-message program

If you choose to receive texts from House Needs Love, messages concern your inquiry, requested conversation, scheduling or appointment updates. Consent is optional and is not a condition of buying, selling or using an inquiry form. A phone number alone is not marketing consent. Separate promotional messaging requires separate permission.

Message frequency depends on your conversation and appointments. Your carrier may charge message and data rates for messages sent or received. Contact your wireless provider about your plan. Delivery is not guaranteed, and carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

To stop texts, reply STOP to the number that sent the message. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out; further texts stop unless you opt in again. To rejoin, submit a new opt-in request. For help, reply HELP or email [email protected]. Please tell us if your phone number changes or is reassigned.

Email and contact preferences

We use the contact information you provide to respond to requests and manage appointments. Tell our team if you prefer another contact method. Marketing emails, where requested, include an unsubscribe option. Review our Privacy Policy for information handling and privacy requests.

Responsible use

Provide accurate information and contact details you are authorized to use. Do not use the website to submit unlawful content, impersonate someone, interfere with services or access another person’s information. Website materials belong to House Needs Love or their respective owners; permission is required for reuse beyond what applicable law allows.

External services and updates

Forms, scheduling and communications rely on third-party services and may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors. Links to other websites do not make us responsible for their content or practices. We may update these website terms; revised terms will appear here. Nothing here replaces a signed agreement or limits rights that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
