House Needs Love uses the information you share to respond to your inquiry, discuss a property or partnership, and arrange a conversation with our team. This policy explains how information is handled through our website, forms, appointment booking and messages.

Information we collect

You may provide your name, email address, phone number, property address, property details, buying or lending interests, preferred timing and messages. Booking also collects appointment details and your time zone. Our website and service providers may receive technical information such as IP address, browser, device, referring page and interaction records needed to operate and protect these services.

How we use information

We use information to answer requests, maintain contact and conversation records, route inquiries to the right team member, schedule calls, send requested appointment updates, and protect our services. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in marketing texts. Any separate marketing permission is optional.

Scheduling assistant

When available, our automated AI scheduling assistant helps arrange a phone call with JP. It may collect contact details, a callback number and time zone, check availability, and save the conversation and booking in our customer management system. It does not make property offers, lending decisions or investment recommendations. You may ask to speak with a person.

Service providers and disclosures

We use providers for website hosting, forms, customer records, scheduling and communications, including HighLevel and Closebot. They process information to support those services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety and the integrity of our services. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional use. Providers supporting delivery and customer service may process that information on our behalf.

Cookies and technical information

Our hosting, form and scheduling tools may use cookies or similar technology for functionality, security and session management. You can control cookies in your browser; blocking them may affect forms or bookings. External sites linked from our pages have their own privacy practices.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank credentials or sensitive documents through an initial inquiry form.
